Judge Rosenstengel Extends Stay in Multi District Litgation

By way of an Order dated December 30, 2025, Chief Judge Nancy J. Rosenstengel extended the current stay in the Multi District Paraquat Litigation in the Southern District of Illinois. The stay is extended from the current January 5, 2026 until March 6, 2026, to allow the settlement process to unfold. At that time, the Court will revisit whether to continue the stay of those deadlines.
